Pistachio Tuile Recipe
Preheat oven to 350.
Pistachio tuile recipe. Squeeze a little extra lemon juice onto the cream sprinkle with chopped pistachios and dust with icing sugar. Once tuiles completely cool pipe the lemon cream into the centers. Add the sugar and beat the mixture until light and fluffy. In a medium bowl cream the butter with an electric mixer or stand mixer.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Whisk sugar egg whites and salt in a bowl until sugar dissolves. Preheat the oven to 150 c gas mark 2.
Whisk in butter then flour. If cookies become too crisp to work with return to oven until pliable about 1 minute. Grind the pistachios in a food processor or pestle and mortar until they have a similar consistency to the ground almonds.
